Tonight I just made it home in time to be able to go for a very short run prior to Soca Skip and ran just over a mile. I did contemplate doing my run after Soca Skip but decided against it and very glad I did now!
There weren’t that many of us in the Soca Skip class tonight and I’m not sure if that makes it better or worse – think the latter as you can’t hide 😉 The rounds of skipping seemed a lot longer tonight, whether that was my imagination and the effects of Juneathon or they were really longer I don’t know. Fronzie tried to work on me to get me to drop my double bounce again too but my feet weren’t having any of it! Again a great class 🙂 I won’t be able to go tomorrow 😦 but because of a good reason – I’m seeing James in concert at Thetford Forest with my housemate Sarah, can’t wait 🙂 That’s mean though if I want to get any exercise in tomorrow it’s going to have to be before work…eeek! Therefore at the very minimum my plan is to try and go for a run before work, not sure of the distance or if any other exercise will also be considered at this point. Planning to run outside but again this may depend on what happens with the weather between now and then as it’s been looking like a storm is brewing outside all day but no rain as yet. With all this in mind and a late night ahead of me tomorrow night plus a stack and a half of ironing to do I’m off to have a hot soak before trying to get a reasonably early night. Wish me luck getting up otherwise it’ll end up being a very late night run when I return 😉
Day 12 Stats:
