Ran this morning before work and started some of my challenges and just finished the rest now as off on a work night out tonight so hence the short post. All I will say is I have successfully completed my 30 day challenges including 5 mins wall sit! Hurrah! Tomorrow is going to feel like a breeze in comparison even though it’s the last day of Janathon! 🙂
